History

As long as there have been comics, there has been a Color Error Man. It's become something of a tradition in the current CE Man's family (they're eccentric that way). The current Color Error Man briefly fought California Kid; he was in jail for several months afterward until Mister Homage broke him out. He has been a member of the Brotherhood of Net.Villains ever since.

During the Crimes of the Brotherhood, Color-Error Man set out with a particularly ambitious plan involving counterfeiting and fomenting racism, but before he could go through with it, he was taken down by the Injoker for cheating at his casino.

Color Error Man escaped capture by Easily-Discovered Man and Easily-Discovered Man Lite. He was secretly upset over the apparent lack of loyalty the rest of the BoNV felt toward Mr. Homage[1], and became Mr. Homage's inside man in the Legion of Net.Villains during Beige Midnight.

He joined the East Coast Brotherhood of Net.Villains afterwards, but the team's lack of direction under his leadership was enough to frustrate even him, and he quit. (Or perhaps he noticed that Mr. Homage wasn't quite the man he knew anymore...)

Personality

Unstable, obsessed, more ambitious and dangerous than you'd think. A compulsive gambler whose tendency to take unnecessary risks is his main weakness.

Powers and Abilities

Whenever you're reading your favorite comic, and you notice that Jean Grey's eyes are blue, then green, then blue... you know who's responsible. Utterly obsessed with changing colors of whatever he can, C-E Man is also something of an apprentice of disguise due to his powers. If you look at his costume too long while he's changing colors, it can induce vomiting and dizziness.

Appearance

Wears hideously-colored costume that is consistently changing color. Hair, eye, and skin colors all change at drop of a hat.

Relationships

Color Error Man's Brother-In-Law tends to tag along on his supervillainous adventures.
