Lucky Chain Letter Lucy
|Lucky Chain Letter Lucy is a net.villain created by Arthur Spitzer.|
|Alter Ego:||Lucinda Ponzi|
|Aliases:||Many fake signatures in email|
|Status:||Second-in-command of the Brotherhood of Net.Villains|
She obtained her powers from a chain letter she got in an e-mail after e-mailing that letter to various friends of hers. After getting her powers, she got involved with another villain named Make Money Fast Mo and the two of them took off on a robbery career. The two villains were later recruited by a Crime Kingpin known as the Spham King for a team called the Seven Deadly Sphammers. Most of the team was killed by the assassin known as Arthur E.L. Presence; due to her luck powers, Lucy was the only one that managed to escape.
Years later she became involved with a second incarnation of the SDS, which was swallowed up by Mynabird's Legion of Net.Villains. After Beige Midnight, she was looking for someone to follow, and with others, formed the West Coast Brotherhood of Net.Villains.
...the West Coast Brotherhood went to war with the East Coast Brotherhood! Lucy helped manipulate the Empress, at the behest of her true partner, Mistake, leader of the Midwest Brotherhood of Net.Villains – and when the time came, Lucy played her former boss until she could take her out herself!
From there, Lucy became the second-in-command of a new Brotherhood...
More of a follower than a leader. Relies on her luck, and doesn't have a lot of personal direction; however, performs her part in the plans of a leader she trusts elegantly and with panache.
Suffers from PTSD, due to her near-death at the hands of Arthur E.L. Presence.
Powers and Abilities
Has a superhuman level of personal luck; in combat, this serves a form of active defense, allowing her to dodge attacks and be in the right place at the right moment.
