History
Created as a genetically-engineered life form by Professor Perhap as part of a plot to destroy the Legion from within; however, the plot was vetoed by the rest of the Brotherhood of Net.Villains, and she was sealed away.
Years later, she was released by Doctor F and joined the Union of the Useless, but was pulled into a three-way battle against the Legion and the Brotherhood, who claimed her as their own. During the fight, Romantic Innuendo used her powers on Senseless Lass and Limp-Asparagus Lad, but Udder Doom reversed them, causing her to physically remove his libido. Eventually, they fell back in love and she reformed, choosing to serve out her jail sentence.
Personality
Easily-annoyed, but otherwise pleasant. Level-headed in a crisis. Attempts to avoid darker emotions, out of fear of falling back into net.villainous patterns.
