History
During the day, he's the world's sanest psychiatrist, Dr. Freddy N. Slip. During the night, he is a mentally disturbed individual, dressed in a costume covered with sometimes-fake sometimes-real Very Scary Animals, who runs around beating people up.
In Beige Midnight #4, it was revealed that his parents were killed in front of him by a punk with a tank after coming out of a ZZ Top concert, and that the song "Pearl Necklace" has been stuck in his head ever since. This turned him into the deeply disturbed individual he is today.
He was recruited to be a member of the Saviors of the Net by the Ultimate Savior. After the Mechanical Author retconned the Looniverse, he and the Ultimate Savior escaped using Captain Killfile's killfile gauntlets. They tracked down Doctor Net.ropolis to make her stop the Mechanical Author. After the battle with the Mechanical Author, he quit the Saviors.
During Beige Midnight, he and the Gothic Gorilla joined with the LNH Resistance to battle Hex Luthor's HexFire Club. After the battle with the Club, Very-Disturbed-Scary-Creature Man wanted to beat the hell out of Hex Luthor for causing the Gothic Gorilla's death, but was stopped by the Ultimate Ninja. Both Hex Luthor and the Ultimate Ninja are now on his 'Omnilooniverse-Full-of-Hurt' list because of that.

Basically like the furthest excesses of the Frank Miller Batman. Aggressive and not all there, but essentially pointed in a heroic direction.

Appearance
A figure shrouded in darkness, wearing a caped costume with very scary rubber animals hanging off of it.
